Uma das coisas que mais me encanta é o céu, o luar, nuvens, ...acho incrível a sua beleza e uma magia que direciona a agricultura, a pesca, a navegação e para muitos a personalidade, relacionada com os astros. Meu artigo de hoje não é nada esotérico, tão pouco astronômico, nem tenho know how para isso, mas adoro metáforas, ainda mais com uma estética de estrela. Aliás, você sabe o que é uma SUPER NOVA?

As supernovas são um tipo de estrela que representam, na verdade, a morte de uma estrela.

Uma estrela nasce sempre em uma nuvem de poeira e gás grande e fria que se encontram, geralmente entre outras estrelas de uma galáxia. Para que se inicie a formação de uma estrela é necessário que haja algum tipo de perturbação na nuvem, com isso começam a se formar grumos (aglomerados de poeira e gás) no meio da nuvem, então esses grumos por causa da quantidade de massa e da temperatura sempre crescente começam a entrar em colapso e a arrastar cada vez mais matéria para dentro de si até formar um núcleo (isso demora milhões de anos), isso é chamado de protoestrela, que continua se aquecendo e arrastando matéria por meio de gravidade até o seu núcleo, quando estabiliza, aí temos uma estrela.

Com essa introdução intergaláctica, quero chegar nos tempos atuais do setor de eventos. Onde ouvimos a frase constante de que o nosso setor foi um dos mais impactados pela pandemia. 

Sabemos disso na pele e nos números, segundo a ABRAPE – Associação Brasileira dos Promotores de Eventos, 880 mil eventos foram cancelados entre 2020 e 2021, acarretando prejuízos diretos da ordem de R$ 230 bilhões, sem falar em endividamentos, fechamento de empresas, desemprego, e agora mais do que nunca que o mercado está reaquecendo, temos as entregas com o dinheiro novo (briefings de agora) e o dinheiro velho (projetos antigos, parte ou totalmente pagos, que não aconteceram, mas agora precisam ser entregues). 

Temos um acúmulo de entregas, uma demanda por jobs com verbas restritas por ser dinheiro velho X preço atual da produção. No caso específico de cachês, muitas agências tem oferecido o mesmo valor que pagavam em 2019, agora em 2022. Por mais, que haja uma necessidade de aceitar “qualquer coisa” para se colocar ou recolocar no mercado, não fecha a conta. Até porque muitas das contratações são PJ e temos gastos de NF e atribuições com transporte, alimentação, etc. Um desafio de gestão e de planilhas e também para os produtores e staffs sobreviventes.

Um outro, fenômeno vigente nessa retomada são os comentários nas rodinhas de conversa presenciais ou de whats app de falta e ou dificuldade de encontrar mão de obra de eventos. 

Onde estão os profissionais que trabalhavam na área? Se fomos um dos setores mais atingidos, é muito pouca gente que pode ficar quase 2 anos sem trabalhar, então tivemos gente que vendeu sua empresa, que migrou para outras áreas, que aposentou, que foi empreender – e não necessariamente no segmento MICE, que ...enfim, temos um gap. Junto com isso, cursos de formação, de tecnólogo à pós graduação, tiveram uma evasão em massa por uma retroalimentação não tenho job, consequentemente não tenho como pagar mensalidade, então abandono o curso ou nem inicio. 

Sem falar nas Universidades que também descontinuaram cursos em muitas áreas fortemente impactadas e o setor de hospitalidade foi um deles. Menos formação disponível, ou sem a possibilidade de investimento nela, não temos gente se formando ou se reciclando.

Aí partimos para a retomada, com oportunidade de abrirmos vagas, pois está havendo demanda, porém com cautela e aí vemos divulgação de vagas que tem numa função, o job description de uma equipe inteira.  Sei que estamos na fase de pessoas multitarefas, que se espera candidatos antenades, vivemos o momento de enaltecer o life long learning, mas é impossível ter tantas skills assim, é necessário coerência. Fora isso, não existe clareza no formato de processo seletivo. Então, faço um parenteses aqui, com algumas sugestões

a) Job description acessível, detalhando exigências plausíveis. Considere a diferença entre as escalas crescente dos cargos de junior – sênior.

Recebi vaga para divulgar, exigindo estagiário de eventos com expertise em evento virtual e roteirização. Como assim? Eles não estavam no mercado 02 anos atrás. Aliás se a vaga é de estagiário, comprometa se a monitorá lo, não a considerá lo como mão de obra barata e abusiva;

c) Pense nas fases do processo, com análise de CV, uma dinâmica, simulação, perguntas, algo que eleja os mais adequados, já evitando o turn over.

e) Mantenha um banco de dados e se possível dê feedback aos interessados. Afinal de contas, essa também é uma forma de se mostrar no mercado, ainda mais para quem quer os melhores (branding);

Fora isso, o mundo nesses tempos viveu uma ebulição de temas emergentes como ESG, hibridismo, diversidade, metaverso, NFT, streaming, sustentabilidade, home office, gerações, redes sociais, extremismos, saúde mental, guerras, enfim novos e velhos paradigmas que ficaram em evidência e impactam o jeito de ser e de fazer eventos que alguns profissionais tiram de letra, outros estão se alfabetizando ou necessitam do apoio de seus líderes incentivando essa atualização via cursos, participação em eventos, consultorias.

Temos um cenário de perturbação bem estabelecido, e talvez agora estejamos no momento de muita poeira e gás, mas temos que acomodar essas explosões para que brevemente tenhamos um céu estrelado de oportunidades, bons colaboradores, ambiente agradável e muitos briefings e entregas de eventos. Parafraseando Peter Drucker, “a melhor maneira de prever o futuro, é construí lo”, então bora navegar num espaço sem perturbações e sim com SuperNovas.
